Who doesn’t want to get the best ROI (Return on Investment) going all electric?

While SDGE rates discourage anyone from using more electricity, combining a properly sized solar and storage system with home electrification can make going all-electric cost effective for California families and business owners.

For April, we will have long time EVAoSD member and EV driver, Kathy Nicholson, talk about her experience going all-electric at home, including installing a whole-home battery backup system. She even had SDGE remove the gas service to her house.

Kathy will also go over the newly-released report from the Agile Electrification Project at the UCSD Design Lab entitled Solar & Electrification – Flexible Pathways for Energy Independent Homes in California which compares the cost effectiveness of electrifying California homes with and without installing solar and batteries.
