Mark Hughes will be here for our May meeting to bust some myths for us. \nMark Hughes is a mechanical engineer who spent his career in the power generation industry enabling the burning of coal\, oil\, and natural gas. A combustion co-dependent\, one might say. But\, then he learned about climate change. He sold his 1971 Chevelle SS454 (10 miles to the gallon) for a succession of ever more efficient cars and he and his wife now both drive Teslas. In addition\, their all-electric house is powered by a PV array sufficient for both the house\, the cars\, and some of their neighbors.
